In 2015 Phenix Arts' founder and Artistic Director facilitated several 8 week workshops entitled "The Intimate Shakespeare."   

Formatted as a workshop production where students go through an intensive 8 week workshop twice a week to study the art and craft of Shakespeare and the stage craft of producing a play.  The course focuses on the ensembles ability to analyze and devise their own adaptation of a Shakespeare play using an edited and condensed script.  Students will acquire the necessary skills needed to read and perform Shakespeare.  The workshop culminates in a staged production.
